Torbjorn Sindballe "Thunder Bear" in Zensah's crossing the line 3rd in Kona! competed with a large number of European competitors, many of whom were wearing Zensah's on the racecourse during the bike and run for their benefits in preventing cramping and improving blood flow.
I wore them as a recovery aide and found them to be an awesome product. The sleeves are comfortable, breathable, and not as tight as one might assume. They actively prevented blood from pooling in the lower extremities, and most importantly, they helped keep the calf cramps I am prone to at bay...in fact, I suffered none whatsoever.
A great product, so much so, I would like to try them racing as well as during recovery.
